Long walk, about 15 kms through coffee and teak plantations, villages and forest. Saw many signs. Met a forest guard on way and asked for directions. He was going to a village in the other direction but he turned back to show us the way and walked with us for a long distance. We finally said good bye at a timber depot. He refused to take his token payment - It's my duty to help you , I don't want money - he said.
